FAQ
What do you need to participate?
Helmet, Elbow & Knee pads and closed toed shoes are mandatory
We highly recommend a full face helmet and wrist guards.
Do I need to participate?
No. There is often a good crowd that gathers to enjoy the time around the track.
Your choice though, the registration and waiver can be filled out on your phone so you can jump on the track if you change your mind.
Do I need to be any good?
No. This is the place to learn. PEV racing is new and many people are trying it for the first time.
Throughout the year the racers become better and better.
If I am competing in another comp, can I use ERL Toronto to train?
Yes. ERL Toronto was created as a space for racers to become the best they can be. As any competition approaches, the ERL Toronto team does their best to cater to any racer’s needs, ie. replicating a track, offering solo track time and tips and tricks from our local legends.
Do I have to show up every time?
No. Your choice really. If you want to check it out and hang out with the crew, do that. But if you really want to learn fast, you're more than welcome to come every single time.
First Aid.
There is no official first aid on site. Many riders carry a first aid kit and we suggest you do the same. Mistakes happen and bumps and bruises are an easy fix. For any serious matter, the emergency contact noted in your registration can be notified and our local community will do their best to do what is right.
